FRIENDS 03X22 WATCH PARTY

I definitely don't think that Ross' situation with his co-worker is the same as Rachel and Mark. Rachel was actively dating Ross and Ross picked up on the fact that Mark had a crush on her which caused issues because Rachel (and everyone else Ross tried to talk to) was dismissive and Ross handled it poorly. Ross and Rachel are now both broken up, Rachel has already gone on a date (with Mark) and has made it known that she doesn't want to get back with Ross so Ross is at least attempting to move on. The choice of his co-worker is one of convenience and the co-worker wasn't a blip on his radar before now unlike how Mark was a central part of a plot. It is possible that Ross would have been more focused on his date if Rachel's date hadn't been a jerk but when everyone dismissed Ross' warning (again) he became fixated on proving that he was telling the truth. Was Ross probably still jealous that Rachel had a date? Sure, but Rachel was jealous too which is why she lied about having a date and then needed to find one last minute to save face. But I also think that Ross was coming from a place of genuine concern for Rachel because her date, Tommy, was NOT a good person. Tommy was screaming at anyone who did even the smallest wrong against him and then covered it up with a "normal" personality around everyone else which is a HUGE red flag and that could have ended very badly for Rachel. He even yelled at her and made her flinch when he was leaving, that's not nothing. I think that Ross gets dismissed by his friends and by viewers a lot because of his flaws while the other characters don't get dismissed as much despite them having some pretty glaring flaws as well. Honestly it couldn't have felt good for Ross when he was trying to tell everyone about Tommy and they just made jokes about it and about Ross' concern until Ross felt the need to leave the coffee house and even then they didn't seem too sorry that they hurt his feelings. I've been there and that sucks and almost makes you feel like you're crazy. For the question of the week: I've only tried to return something over the phone once which was a present I got off of Amazon for my mom. Emailing was a nightmare and calling them on the phone wasn't better and they messed up my package two more times before I actually got an undamaged product and I almost missed being able to give it to her on her birthday. I've returned other things but those were over email or through the product website and they all went smoothly, it was just that one Amazon thing that was a pain in my butt.

Lady RedShee

Fun fact, if you see Jennifer Aniston (Rachel) and Lisa Kudrow (Phoebe) when you see them cover their mouth or turn their heads you know the are nearly broke character
