Sam Winchester, the younger brother is played by Jared Padalecki who plays Dean in Gilmore Girls. And the older brother is Dean Winchester who is played by Jensen Ackles. How trippy is that.😅 Oh and there is a spin-off of this show called The Winchesters 2022-2023. Does anyone know if it is cancelled?

I was also born the year Audrey graduated high school. 😅 I also, had only watched the first episode of this show just about a year ago for the first time. I recognized the actress who played the character Jessica (Jess) Moore, Sam's girlfriend (the one who was on fire on the ceiling at the end of the episode, from a different tv show. She plays the character Bobbi Morse and has a bigger role than in "Supernatural".

It's great seeing your reactions, because you have never seen the show before and so they are really fresh and not affected by knowledge of what happens later on.....The show is set in 2005 (I think).

He’s done tons of covers and has even wrote and released a couple albums with his band Radio Company.

They say they miss their alter egos and since they live so close to each other they have time to plot it. And I can attest that at the convention I went to in 2016 he is amazing.

2023-01-22 17:19:12 +0000 UTCNon-spoiler answers to your questions/comments: - Yes, the actor who played their dad - Jeffrey Dean Morgan - also played Negan in Walking Dead. - Pretty sure Dean did say it was his “boobs” that are real, hence the smirk he gave afterwards. - The pilot takes place at the end of October/beginning of November in 2005 (the beginning of the episode took place 22 years earlier, 2nd November 1983). - The car Dean drives is a 1967 Chevrolet Impala. - It makes sense you like both X Files and Supernatural, Kim Manners (may he rest in peace) directed and produced on both shows. - Yes, Sam is 22 (and a half). - Yeah, Jess didn’t die because she was his first love. It is, however, the anniversary of their mother’s death when Jess is killed. - The series first premiered in 2005 just like when the pilot is set, not in 2015. It ran until 2020.

2023-01-22 16:10:17 +0000 UTCSPN ran for 15 seasons, starting 2005 - and it's 2005 in the show too. When the show starts Sam is 22 and Dean is 26. As far as I know there never was team Dean vs team Sam. It's always been team Winchester, but you will switch between whom you like more depending on their story arcs in different seasons. Jeffrey Dean Morgan, the father, was a huge part of second half of 'The Walking Dead' and he kind of redeamed himself in later seasons. He did not only play assholes but he does make a good charismatic villain. I think the movie you remember him from is 'Watchmen'. But he played nicer characters as well, for example in 'P.S. I Love You' or Grey's Anatomy (still a fan favorite more than 15 years later). Regarding the genre, I think fantasy is correct. The things you were mentioning I'd sort into romance.

It's too much fun to be surprised. WooHoo. Eye candy every Sunday 😋 I am gonna skip the episodes that you do together though. The other girl talked too much and kept saying what was going to happen ahead of time . She has seen it before so she should let you experience it. Sorry this show is very special. And for the records the boys get prettier as they get older. I met them in 2016 and they are really really pretty in person. And it's funny cause in person Jared who plays Sam Is the jokester and eats a lot and Jensen who plays Dean is a little more the straight man.

There is actually a scene in a way later episode where the spiked club from Walking Dead makes an appearance and Dean says “Dad loved that thing.” Also I really love watching earlier seasons of Supernatural because there are lots of references to my hometown of Toledo, Ohio since the creator of the show Eric Kripke is from here and I even met him once. In the next episode at the very beginning there is a Glee actor in a blink or you’ll miss him cameo so keep your eyes peeled.
