"I've just learned about Bambi hypnosis -- Where do I start?"

This is some advice I wrote to someone interested -- and felt Bambi should share here in case anyone BRAND new to lifestyle hypnosis conditioning finds this page!

If you are TOTALLY new to Bambi hypnosis -- please check out the OFFICIAL website -- www.bambisleep.blogspot.com -- and read the FAQs and instructions!!! Most people find out about bambi from youtube. (Sadly the youtube channel is not official -- and don't stare at spirals for hours, please!!) or some other place that someone created and then abandoned that contains out of date information.

How to be a good hypnosis subject

Learn about how to trance and be a good subject! If you are new to hypnosis, know that it's not magic and you won't be "losing control" in any cinematic sense. Instead, you are losing inhibitions, and you WANT to do and feel the things being suggested until your subconscious resistance breaks down and you just do them and feel them more and more fully over time!! And learn that trance is a relaxed state where you just enjoy listening. Some people do seem to really "sleep" and lose consciousness in a way. But for the most part, effective conditioning must involve actually hearing the words (even if you are conditioned to not recall them later)

Even if you want the changes, you must be open-minded about your own programming: Acknowledge that you may have been conditioned to
- doubt hypnosis
- resist changing your behavior
- expect that hypnosis changes you without any effort on your part
- have ideals that conflict with the ideals of the hypnosis (even if you don't agree with them)
all at a subconscious level, and it make take time to rework this!

 - Alternatively, you may be a subject who tries to hard! Listen and relax and enjoy before you fret about making sure all the changes take hold.

So, for the best effect -- pace yourself and set expectations that you will get results a little bit at a time and over time!

Some people want to dive in and listen to 8 hours of audio all in one day -- but to truly get the conditioning, you really want to work it into your life on a regular basis in a way that makes sense to you.

If you are just starting out I recommend the following:

Before you start

Testing the Waters Timeline

To be honest -- the average person with lots of responsibilities should not expect to 100% become a complete bimbo overnight. For those new, your "trial" phase (that I'll call "Testing the Pink Waters") could take up to a year! There is a LOT of audio to go through.

For me personally, the changes really didn't start taking a deep hold on me until a year after I first discovered the files, after going back through all the files a 2nd or third time much later!

And now -- I'm in my 4th year of listening -- and my Bambi side of my personality is so strong, satisfying, and fun, and very much guiding my day-to-day lifestyle!! But it took a lot of time <3

Diving into the Pretty Pink Pool: Becoming Bambi fully

Once you have tried things out, NOW you can follow the advice on how to "properly" condition. I have thoughts on what I've learned over the years, and used my experience to form what I feel is are the best possible training plans based on where you are and what you want.

But in general, you want to cycle through the files. Go back and spend sometime with the Bimbodoll Conditioning. Then make more playlists from the second series or the example playlists (https://bambisleep.blogspot.com/p/bambi-playlists.html). Then spend some time in the salon!! I would say every few months I dive back in, and spend a month listening to a couple playlists from each release again.

Please check out the NO GOING BACK patron tier if you are interested in personalized coaching and instruction!

Good luck, and feel welcome to message me if you have questions!
