This is my experience as an investigator working (Not) at NBC's DATELINE uncovering abuses in the field of Psychiatry, my past employer is quite powerful and I mentioned this on a tweet and the next day I received a strongly worded letter from a lawyer so I have to be careful. all employee's who leave are given a thank you pay off but that includes signing away my freedom to mention anything I worked on.

2019-08-15 09:19:38 +0000 UTCDeadbug the ward you spoke about is just like that unfortunately they held me a couple of times in a psychiatric ward many years ago when I was suffering depression to be more precise Bellevue Hospital and Kings County Hospital in New York City and they could hold you up to 72 hrs good thing they gave me a Thorazine shot and was KOd for nearly the whole 72 hrs ππ Kings County hospital was sued due that they would leave people up too 72 hrs sitting in chairs in a waiting room until they was finally admitted or discharged ,like always good content!
