Wolf Link and Blaidd
Added 2023-01-08 00:33:43 +0000 UTCBlaidd's Notes: It's been several days in this strange land, but the land itself is yielding a bountiful amount to eat. I haven't had to hunt, as the local mushroom grows well under trees, and there are apple trees growing all around.
This land is very different from what I remember. The inhabitants are strange as well. Never before have I seen a person who so closely resembled a bird. And the large round folk of the mountains, who seem abrasive and jolly at the same time.
Just the other day, I met a strange creature indeed. Very much like me, this warrior and protector didn't speak a word to me, to anyone. He was strange, but kind. He shared his food, and spent time around the fire with me, sharing songs and tricks that seemed both magic and mundane.
We spent the night under the stars. Perhaps I've found a companion in this lone, silent wolf.
