Paddy did an amazing performance as Viserys (who I think was a passive king but a great person) I love all the characters on the show and I do stand behind Alicent as well, I think she is very intelligent and smart without evil to her

2023-03-27 06:06:15 +0000 UTCAh the dinner, i love Alicent and Rhaenyra reconciling 😩 but again that’s why kids shouldn’t be raised with issues aired. Ngl Ewan is an amazing actor, one eye and he’s wilding 😂 though he did mind his business he’s the one most aware of what’s going on. In Bside audio we hear him talking with Aegon right as the scene starts and he says “the noose is tied and they want us to break bread” as we know you don’t break bread with the enemy and Aemond knew the attempt was to be a fail since agendas will still move forward no matter what people try to do now. (He didn’t eat a thing at the table too) Character placement he also sat at the head of the table. Great scene and great writing. Daemon seeing himself in Aemond is interesting (both of them are fine as hell) we’ll see what becomes of it. In the end I think both sides are villains but just we love them lol

They really are not of the Valeryon blood :/ and the straight bias to have Viserys back it all blindly shows how monarchs are not at all fair.

2023-03-27 05:37:03 +0000 UTCAlicent’s daughter, Helaena, is a dragon dreamer; she has the gift/power of prophecy. There’s been a handful of dragon dreamers in the Targaryen bloodline, Daenys the Dreamer being the most famous. Aegon the Conqueror apparently is one too since he foresaw the Song of Ice & Fire in a dream, or at least in the show that’s how they’re portraying him. Daenerys is one too, but the show didn’t really show that side of her as much as they do in the books. One prophecy Helaena had has already come true; in episode 6, when Alicent is talking to Aemond about him eventually claiming a dragon, you hear Helaena say in the background, “he’ll have to close an eye”, which is what literally happens to Aemond on the very next episode.

2023-03-06 13:02:15 +0000 UTCYea so i was honestly just reacting. In my next reaction i already know he confused Alicent for Rhaenyra, i even said “it’s sweet that you think so” when Viserys said it’s you. But don’t worry I’m fully aware that he mistakes Alicent for Rhae. 😊

2023-03-06 12:55:13 +0000 UTCAt the end Viserys confused Alicent for Rhaenerya. It doesn't help that Alicent's oldest son Aegon has the same name as the Aegon in the dream. So Alicent believed the whole time Viserys was saying it was their son Aegon who will unite the realm against the cold

2023-03-06 11:38:12 +0000 UTCIm confused why u were nodding when Visery told Allicent the prophecy she has no clue about lol. She didnt understand it at all and Visery thought he was talking to Rhaenyra not Allicent. Allicent believing that while hes high on milk of the poppy and after he just stood for Rhaenyra as heir yet again, is madness. I honestly believe it was marrying into the greens that caused all this trouble or Visery not letying Daemon & Rhaenyra marry from the start, which means all her kids would be the only full blooded Targaryens. Baby Aegon & Viserys are the on full dragon kids atm.

2023-03-06 07:46:19 +0000 UTCThis is my favourite episode of the season, the scenes with Viserys make me cry every time :( he still fought for Rhaenyra right up until the very end even in all the pain. "my love" is such a unique death scene too, rather than all the violent ones we're used to.
