Requirements:-

Unity 2024

VRChat SDK 3.7.3 or above (This is important)

VRCFury https://vrcfury.com/download/

Warren's Fast Fur Shader - Lite or Full Version https://warrenwolfy.gumroad.com/l/atntv

How to:-

1. Ensure your Unity project has all requirements installed.

2. Drag VoxPlushFollower.unitypackage into your project window.

3. Drag VoxPlushFollower.prefab onto your avatar root (Not inside the armature).

F.A.Q:-

Q: How can I move my plushie further away?

A: Simply move the 'VRChat Plushy Follower' object along the X axis until you see the plushy where you want it to run to.

Q: How can I customise my plushie?

A: There is a folder containing textures with a cream version of the plushie.

Assets/VoxPlushFollower/Data/Materials/CustomTextures.

These files are already linked up to the CustomPlushie material for ease of use.

Simply make your own edits to each texture and drag the CustomPlushie material onto your plush.

We reccomend trying the CustomLayers.psd in your favourite image editing software and using the 'TRY YOUR COLOURS HERE' layer with multiply blend.

Q: The plushie has gone purple and the textures don’t work.

A: Make sure you have Warrens Fast Fur shader installed with the latest version.

If that doesn’t work, go to the VoxPlushieFollower material and make sure it's set to Warrens Fast Fur Shader - Lite. If that doesn't work, unlock / lock the material.

Q: Putting the plushie on my avatar makes it show all the time and it looks broken when in game.

A: Make sure VRC Fury is installed and at the latest version.

Q: The project wont build and complains about being built in a different version of VRC Fury.

A: Make sure VRC Fury is installed and at the latest version.

Q: The project fails to build and complains about the avatar having a bad or used blueprint.

A: For both of these questions, Update your VRC SDK to the latest version.

Q: The plushies physbones move around in a weird way when I move.

A: For both of these questions, Update your VRC SDK to the latest version.

Technical support is limited due to this being a free asset.
