It's reminiscent of Regina's reaction to finding out that the teacher she was smashing was with Olivia, though I can't confidently predict what Nurse will do. It seems she really likes this dude, and I'm not sure whether it's genuine attraction or just because he slings the best candy cane. A lot to dissect in this one page alone.
