So unless the Eye is one of the horses who was "balls deep in Olivia", the only person left who could have known about the sexcapades so soon is the quiet girlfriend who watched the whole thing. I'm thinking Abigail just listens to what Carmen talks about and then relays that to the rest of campus as the Eye, along with her own observations of course.
