I use my own models, some of them are made by myself, but others are models created by other people that i modify to get better pics
Anyway i think you can get similar results with any model from the internet, maybe not as realistic as mine but still really good
In case you want to create it yourself or just modify one already made, there are many tutorials on youtube or forums related to stable diffusion, its not that hard, but it takes some time and you need a decent PC
