6 Months Later - Patreon Reflections (Part 2)

I'd like to know what you guys think worked and didn't work with the patreon these past 6 months. I have a few thoughts on how I might change it up next time, and I'd like your feedback: 1) Upload frequency - I'll admit, last month was pretty grueling. I had a bout with seasonal depression (it hits me in the spring and fall, it's weird!) and I struggled to get 8 comic pages done, plus 4 Ask Puz n Pals, plus commissions. It was overwhelming, but I'm not sure if it's because of unusual circumstances or me just not getting into a proper rhythm. I'm thinking I might adjust this to a different upload rate. Here are the options: A) I do 4 comic pages a month, and 8 Ask Puz n Pals B) I do as many comic pages as I can a month (4 minimum) and 4 Ask Puz n Pals I think 8 comic pages a month, currently, is too much. I do have plans to work on a webcomic in the future, and at that point I could see the comic page updates become more frequent. But as it stands, I'm still taking commissions, so I don't think I can dedicate all my time to 8 comic pages a month currently. I also enjoy the Ask Puz n Pals, and it's tough to choose just one to do a week. I think doing 2 a week might be better. 2) Streams - I'm sorry I haven't been able to do streams as often lately. It's a mixture of factors, both personal and time-wise. I've been overwhelmed lately, but I want to get back into the swing of things. I am tempted to reconsider how I do streams. I'm paying a monthly fee with Picarto for the private streaming service, and half the time it doesn't seem to work, or not a lot of people show up. I looked into Tigerdile but I'm a bit bothered they want a higher monthly fee just to have a decent number of viewers to be allowed into a stream, and some of the Picarto perks aren't there. Here are the options: A) Streams stay as they are. Weekly private streams of two types - pinup work streams for $10 pledgers, and comic work streams for $30 pledgers (these are not request streams, it's just me drawing and chatting). B) Streams are no longer private, so anyone can watch when I stream. I think making streams public would get more people showing up. But I don't want to take away the exclusive rewards for higher pledgers. 3) Other Rewards - I'm always open to the idea of new rewards. Are there particular things you would like to see? Let me know! I especially want to know what $30 pledgers think, as you guys are paying the most and I want to make sure you feel you're getting the most out of this.
