Hello Hello!
here we will enjoy just moving to some of my favourite classics that I was feeling this particular morning.

I also talk a bit (okay a lot) at the start about about how some days we don't feel what we had intended to do. I had planned to film a Caribbean Fusion video but I woke up so tired and with bad cramps and no energy, I just couldn't get into the right mind but I have limited opportunities to dance and didn't want to miss this one even though I didn't feel great or inspired. So I gave myself permission to deviate from my original plan and find a groove more suited to me in that moment. I wanted to share this with you because I think its important we see that teachers/professionals etc can find themselves in this position too ans it's normal and there are ways to work through it. Maybe some of you relate and find this helpful :)

Funny enough I was feeling so much better after this and later that same day got an unexpected opportunity to film again and was able to film the Caribbean Fusion Practice Video I intended to initially.

We don't need to be perfectly or always have a plan, sometimes we just need to show up and do something that feels right in that moment.

Thanks for reading and happy dancing.
