I have been inspired by Tabata style and H.I.I.T cardio fitness which focus on a set period of "rest" and a set period of movement for seconds at a time on repeat. I thought this might be a neat way to practice our moves :) I really enjoyed this so I am planning to do more of these and hope you find them enjoyable and helpful as well for practicing your moves.
In this first one for our Dance Drills and Thrills tier we are doing a pattern of 20 seconds of shimmy (our "rest" ... haha) followed by 10 seconds of movement for about 20 minutes.
