The Homo Sapiens was more capable of adapting itself to change in environment, whether it be developing technology or sustenance. Neanderthal people, was extremely specialized to the environment they were in at the time, but when that changed they couldn't adapt properly. That being said, it is theorized, that that was when they began interacting more with Homo Sapiens. (Hi, I'm an archaeologist!)

I had to pay the sales tax there and get a temp plate to drive it back to NY. Thankfully when I registered it in NY they counted the sales tax I already paid to FL. The paperwork part wasn't that bad, however I never want to drive a vehicle from FL to NY again.
