Should The Try Guys Get Plastic Surgery?

Oh boy, it's a sentimental video.  In this episode, we examine the world of plastic surgery and invite Dr. Diamond, one of the biggest celebrity plastic surgeons, to not hold anything back as he critiques our faces.  What does the ideal standard of male beauty look like on our (already perfect) mugs?

Watching this video late because I've been busy. You guys are all super cute just the way you are, and we, your fans, love you for what's inside you. If you want to get plastic surgery, do it for yourself, not for some ideal of what masculine beauty should look like. All of those photoshops made you guys look more generic (except for Eugene, where there was very little change from what I consider to be one of the most strikingly handsome faces I've ever seen), and your uniqueness is what makes you guys beautiful.

Absolutely not! Each of you are perfect just the way you are! Hell, I can't even choose one favorite feature about each of you, because there's too many favorite things! Keep up the great work and hoping your channel continues to grow! Love you Ned, Keith, Eugene, & Zach πŸ’–πŸ˜πŸ˜˜

This one made me want to cry, and hug Zach, probably at the same time. As I said on the video, y'all don't need it! If you decide to get minor corrections, I'll support that, but you're all beautiful people <3

Thank you for making an effort to normalize the fact that men also have emotions surrounding their appearances. Self love is a journey for all of us, and it is so, so important to show others (especially younger people) that their feelings are valid and they aren't alone, and also that they don't have to change to be good enough. You're all such beautiful precious gems β™‘

This video was an awesome topic! I’ve always had an issue with almost every profile picture of myself, feeling a lot like Zack when he saw his jaw, thinking it wasn’t right.

It's really something astounding to face your own insecurities. Zach, there are a lot of people who feel what you described, and I wish it wasn't a thing, but it is. Personally, I fight with my self image on a daily basis. It hurts.

Guys, I love you as you are. If you decide to perform plastic surgery I will of course support you, but please know that we as a fandom, and myself personally, love you all as who you are now, who you were in the past, and who you will be in the future. That goes for your personalities as well. Also, if this helps for when you guys feel down, you all have really helped myself and others during our own times of trouble, and if possible would love to extend the same help to you. Thank you for everything, and you fans love you for who you are and as you are.

If its something that would make you feel better for yourself that is your choice, but I like who you all are naturally, Zach, you are my favourite there is no need to change for anyone other than yourself.

You guys are all perfect the way you are. If you decide to change things, that is up to you. It won't change how much we all support and love you 4.

This is hurt on so many levels i have to pause it a couple time just to calm my own anxiety

Also I noticed in the pregnancy diet video and this video that Zach is always the one to talk about how something must affect other people really badly, and it shows he's practicing a lot of empathy. It's really validating at least personally to hear him talk about how seeing the best-looking version of you makes you feel like you need to be like that all the time. Knowing what you look like with your hair done and lots of makeup makes you feel like you have to do it all the time, or to be afraid to let people see you without makeup. Thanks Zach!

I totally feel you, I helped my friend do a photoshoot for his class where I was a wicked witch holding a perfume in a beauty ad, so I got green-ified and it was really fun and I was excited to see the pics. When I saw them he had photoshopped my face so much that it didn't look like me anymore. I was hurt to see all the changes he had made and wondered if he saw my imperfections that way in real life.

It’s really sobering watching you guys go through the emotional roller coaster of observing the after photos. I did a photo shoot a couple of years ago and I ended up getting photoshopped to be a lot thinner than I was and immediately wanted to look like that and it’s been a battle ever since. Watching this made me feel less alone. Thank you.
