2015-11-16 21:57:10 +0000 UTCI would check your monthly pledge limit. If it's set to 1 pledge a month. You'll only receive the first batch of every month and skip the 2nd batch. I had many patrons asking the same thing and the problem was the monthly pledge limit set to 1 a month and not 2 a month. Please double check that. Thanks!
