Between 4 interruptions from; my dog, my father, my mom being on speaker AND my computer sounding like a damn vacuum! We are finally finished this episode lol. Personally I just don’t like musicals but this episode was able to use something I don’t care for and add it to the plot without making it “ooc/non canon”. Lowkey wonder if something will happen like this with Angel (it won’t but).

2022-08-12 18:46:13 +0000 UTCI think with Spike, what you said about Buffy doing all those things (confiding in him, always seeking out his advice, etc) that IS the problem. She comes to him when she needs him, but she won’t admit that she does and won’t actually let him in to her heart (consciously). Subconsciously though, she does need him and that’s why she seeks him out all the time, but he’s tired of playing that role for her if she can’t admit she has some sort of feelings for him.
