Great effort! With the temperatures getting colder, it's less enticing to go outside for running. Having some indoor exercises to do is nice

But then, I'm not crying and wishing for a quick death after your routine, so perhaps that's why π€£ You best not stop making these!! Good accountability for you, and a nice enjoyable routine for us to work out along with you π Alexis Ren keeps its simple and enjoyable to make sure you're doing it daily. Results take time. So happy you've kept your exercise going. You're looking great. You can see the improvements in tone since you've started. Keep it going. Your form on those leg holds though was shocking π€£π€£ kept dropping form reducing the burn. One suggestion... A small audio cue when it's near time to change exercise, so we know when to look back at the video? Thank you for your time making these π₯°
