This is my favorite kind of positive affirmation, because it doesn't make me dwell on my problems or argue with the ASMRtist in my mind. "I'm not doing my best. I could be doing better! People don't love me. No one has hung out with me in eight months!" I can't argue with these. Make me laugh and I'll cheer up every time.
