This one here, nicknamed “Kali” (after the hindu goddess of death, even though she only had 4 arms), took it to a whole other level. On top of her addtional arms she also had synth skin and muscle grafts done. She also had to undergo upgrade surgery to her brain to be able to use her augments and additional abilities.
