"No, I'm fine."

Sasuke shook his head vigorously and closed the system interface. He was going to check out the forbidden jutsu now. He only had two hours, and he could worry about the lottery later.

*What luck!*

Sasuke suddenly discovered a painful truth:

The lucky one is always someone else, and the unlucky one is always himself.

*Shills! They're all shills!*

These systems just knew how to bait him into drawing!

If there were a lottery rating system, the "Disguise System" would get a scathing review from him.

*Why not announce the probability of winning?*

"Let's go upstairs."

The Third Hokage took a deep look at Sasuke. He noticed Sasuke seemed a little off, but he attributed it to excitement over seeing the forbidden jutsu.

"Mm-hmm."

Sasuke nodded, forcing himself to stay focused. Now was not the time to relax his vigilance. He followed the Third Hokage up to the third floor of the Hokage's office.

They walked down a large, arc-shaped corridor to the room at the end.

"Sasuke, this room contains important ninjutsu scrolls. There are forbidden jutsu inside, but not just forbidden jutsu. I promised you could look for two hours, but I still have to remind you." The Third Hokage fixed Sasuke with a serious look. "There's a reason why forbidden jutsu are forbidden. I hope you will act within your abilities and use your power wisely."

"I understand." Sasuke nodded. He thought, If the Third Hokage weren’t a leader, he’d make a great teacher or elder. But people in power rarely have the luxury of being good.  

"Go in. I'll wait for you outside." The Third Hokage pushed the door open, revealing a room filled with an odd smell.

"Thank you, Lord Hokage."

Sasuke bowed and stepped inside. If he were an ordinary child, he might be afraid after hearing about forbidden jutsu. But he understood: forbidden didn’t mean off-limits; it meant caution was necessary.

The room was lined with large bookshelves, each filled with scrolls.

*"This is where Naruto found the Shadow Clone Jutsu!"*

Sasuke approached the first bookshelf and began opening scrolls, searching for something specific. As the Third Hokage had said, the collection wasn’t limited to forbidden techniques. There were also A-rank and B-rank jutsu, most notably Water Release techniques.

Sasuke glanced at them but moved on quickly.

*If you’re going to learn something, make it powerful!*

His goal was simple: find the *Flying Thunder God Technique*. Everything else was secondary.

One’s energy is limited, Sasuke thought. It’s better to master one exceptional jutsu than dabble in many.  

He thought briefly about Senju Tobirama, the inventor of the Flying Thunder God Technique and a staunch opponent of the Uchiha.

"I wonder what kind of face he’d make if he saw an Uchiha mastering his jutsu."

The thought amused Sasuke as he sifted through scroll after scroll. He came across valuable techniques, such as the *Spirit Transformation Technique* and advanced sealing jutsu, but he ignored them.

Finally, Sasuke found a massive scroll. The first technique it detailed was the *Multiple Shadow Clone Jutsu*.

*"Multiple Shadow Clone Jutsu, A-rank, forbidden due to the strain it places on users without a large chakra reserve."*

"So this is what Naruto found," Sasuke muttered. "I always thought it was the Shadow Clone Jutsu, not the multiple version."

As he spoke, his black eyes turned crimson. His Sharingan activated, revealing two tomoe in each eye.

With his *Two-Tomoe Sharingan*, Sasuke memorized the details of the Multiple Shadow Clone Jutsu effortlessly.

*"As expected of the Sharingan,"* Sasuke marveled. The jutsu’s details felt as though they were burned into his mind, each word perfectly clear.

He flipped through the scroll further and came across the *Mutually Multiplying Explosive Tags*, another of Tobirama’s forbidden techniques.

"This must be the *Scroll of Seals*," Sasuke realized.

As he turned another page, his hand trembled.

*"Impure World Reincarnation!"*

Sasuke stared at the detailed instructions, complete with diagrams.

"So that’s why Mizuki wanted Naruto to steal this scroll for Orochimaru!"

The full details of the Impure World Reincarnation were here. Sasuke’s mind raced.

"I thought Orochimaru would have hidden or destroyed this technique after learning it. Fate must have brought me here."

With his Sharingan still active, Sasuke carefully memorized every word and illustration.

Minutes stretched into an hour as Sasuke poured over the technique. Sweat beaded on his forehead, and he felt his chakra reserves depleting from prolonged Sharingan use.

*"Phew!"*

He exhaled deeply, his body drenched in sweat. Despite his exhaustion, Sasuke knew he couldn’t stop.

I don’t know when I’ll get another chance like this.  

Sasuke returned the scroll and continued his search. The room grew darker as the sun set, but he pressed on.

Finally, as he neared the end of his time limit, he found it.

*"Flying Thunder God Technique!"*

The scroll depicted the signature kunai marked with the technique’s unique formula. Beneath it was the description:

*"S-rank Space-Time Ninjutsu, Flying Thunder God Technique."*

Sasuke’s tired face lit up.

*"Found it!"*
