...2023? Really?! When did that happen...?

Hey everyone! I just wanted to check in and let you all know where I'm at. I've really shifted my efforts toward re-writing KAI and getting it to where I want it to be--it's changed a lot! Due to this, I've decided to put LOVERBOY on hold a bit longer while I focus on the reboot. I know this may be disappointing for those who are really looking forward to LB, but as the comic evolves, the characters are evolving a lot too, and the future versions of Kai and Alex that I wrote into that story are no longer as accurate now. So, I'm stepping away from it for a bit while I work on the revision, but it's still on my radar for 2023.

Onto the reboot! I'm really close to getting the pencils/lettering done for Ch.1. I plan to re-launch Patreon and start posting finished pages on March 1, buuut I'm also moving on March 1 (not far, just to a better apartment!) So, if I take a little longer, you'll know why lol--moving sucks. But, that's the current plan.

Now, I wouldn't leave you all without a little treat! I recently started doing my thumbnails differently--all on one canvas instead of on each individual page. (I may or may not have stolen this idea from another creator. 👀) So, here are the thumbs for the latter half of Ch1! I really love how this chapter's evolved since the very beginning. 🥰
