I've been playing the Dynasty Warriors series off and on again for quite a long time. I get a kick out of the unique characters, the progression, and when applicable, the co-op with friends. I never would have thought that someday I'd be releasing characters from the series in adult artwork. It's crazy to me that we can make animations like this happen!
I have to admit, I feel the scale is just a little too big on Wang Yi, and wish I had made it all a bit smaller, but otherwise I am quite pleased with house this turned out. I went for a more realistic lighting on her face with a back lit hallway in the dojo. Hopefully it lends to an immersive atmosphere for you all in line with the simple story we sent with it.
