The new and improved Lily comes across the tardy Eve. Unaware that her friend has been taken over, she follows her deeper into the facility.
Ellie's Parasite 2: (TLOU)
Ellie's parasite will continue it's fun but a 'release' nearly causes the parasite to be ejected before it recovers and reasserts control. Ellie's stomach swells before producing another one of those creatures, just in time for one of her friends to show up.

Please let it be Dina. Please let it be Dina." I know this may sound desperate. But I've got a good "guess" on who's animating this. "Please vote for this sequel! Please vote for this sequel! Please vote for this sequel! Please vote for this sequel!"
