Step 2 Kasumi uses her throw oboro-gake, but make sure to hit lower then usual so you hit the bladder. Step 3 Now Nico is going to wet herself, while she has her electric rings on, but we need to make her drop to the floor to make her electrocuted herself ( you know water and electricity). Step 4 ??????
