After working on and of on her for about a year, I finally landed on a design I’m happy with. I hope y’all like her too!

Here’s a small bio and description of her stand ability for anyone who’s interested:

Name: Rio Modona

Age: 18yo

Height: 167cm

Occupation: third year high school student

Location: Morioh, Japan

Stand: Material Girl

Budogaoka High School’s local gyaru, Rio (much like most of the other Morioh stand users) obtained her stand after Keicho Nijimura struck her with the stand arrow. It allows her to change whatever she touches between the 4 forms of matter (solid, liquid, gas and plasma).

She can only change one target at a time. It’s range is only 2 meters and she has to touch a target to change its form. However, she can revert the changed target at any point in which it expands without physical contact. She can also choose to either revert the target to its original shape or have the expanded particles individually revert to their original form. A reverted target also maintains its velocity from its changed state.
