The kids have been under the effect for so long, so it makes sense they're kinda clapped, but seeing that Thanos was immediately healed after only being under the spell for a few minutes, maybe there really is hope for the kids to heal, eventually. Considering they started to at least talk. However many years it'll take, I just hope it's before they're adults.
