2025-04-29 11:33:49 +0000 UTCI could be giving Sydney too much credit, but when she came out and created the fake clue that the previous millionaire is definitely not the millionaire now, I think she was trying to clear Sam of any suspicion and make her the intended target for the millionaires killshot. It’s common sense that you want to hit someone who has been cleared and not someone who is still suspicious, hence why Cara didn’t pick Corey. Also notice how Sydney said “I think I’ll vote for Jamie” at the dinner and then both Jamie and her voted for Sam seemingly out of nowhere. Almost like they agreed to it beforehand. I THINK Sydney and Jamie openly pretended like they wanted to vote for Cara but their real intention, was to vote for Sam and hope that the millionaire also voted for Sam. Once the host revealed that there was a tie, Sydney and Jamie could simultaneously clear their names, temporarily nullify the kill shot, and implicate one of the three that Sam told the clue to. They probably would’ve still picked Corey but worst case scenario they would go into round four with two people they know for sure are cleared. If Cara tried to kill a shot Sydney, it would make sense to the rest of the group that Cara is the millionaire considering Sydney was openly her biggest op. There’s two reasons why this failed. First, Cara rightfully suspected Sydney won immunity through her agenda. Secondly, Cara didn’t take the easy bait with Sam because Sam rides very strongly for Cara. I could be mistaken, but I remember her saying to her face, “If anyone is gonna win $1 million I hope it’s you”. Leaving Kyle as the smartest choice. That or both Sydney and Jamie are just petty bitches who want Sam out because they know for sure she had the money at some point.
