When the 2 doctor are talking the older one wants to keep Jin Woo’s mom in the hospital (first person to wake up from the disease, research yada yada) that conversation does last long though as the younger doctor mentions that Jin woo is S-rank And the switch up is hilarious! “It would be immoral to keep a perfectly healthy woman cooped up in a hospital room!” The older guys says This was even funnier to me because I was made aware that Japanese hospital have a history of keeping people well past the point of recovery so they can bill the insurance for even more money Grander this is a Korean series but that’s what I though about when I read this for the first time

S rank is hard to measure but there are National grade S ranks and All might is one of them meaning he is like top 5 strongest in the world(that is not a spoiler btw). Also Sheera, Jinwoo's mom didnt get the sickness because his dad became a hunter, she got the sickness cause she cant tolerate mana and it exists in the environment.

There are only 5 of them in the world, and Thomas Andre is 1 of 2 of the national grade hunters for America. Hopefully along with the explanation behind them (Exactly why they're called national grade), that we should've gotten already, they will be introducing another national grade hunter very soon. They're just quite important in general for the overarching story for SL, so idk why they wouldn't mention it in the first introduction to one of the members.
