It's the first thing I thought about when I originally wash the episode.

I said billys trial is probably going to be along the lines of finding tommy soul and the binding it to a body like he did unknowingly for himself. and since he is powerful enough it makes sense. But this series was a big shock to me and it was very very well done.

Jumping into different bodies upsets the natural order of things because Billy isn't dead like he is supposed to be. It doesn't matter if he's jumping into a dead body, he's still considered an abomination by Death. I really like Agatha genuinely leaving Billy, it was a good move of Marvel to keep Agatha as a somewhat villain. She's extremely selfish and I'm happy they kept to true to her character from Wandavision.
