Dude, that’s making a lot of assumptions about my character even tho you don’t know me, and calling me a deception? Like what is that supposed to entirely mean, that I’m bad and I’m a liar? That isn’t fair to say at all to begin with and also because I actually do love the movie to some extent. Although I never made that known so I apologize for that, secondly I’ve changed my rating of it from 6.5 to 7.0 to 7.0 to 7.5. Which I believe is fair but that may change. The animation in this movie is phenomenal and the action is crazy, I love it, but to call it 10/10 is just simply not true, it does have its flaws like many other movies do. I do think that many expectations may be making this a bit off too. I do believe it’s a good movie and it gets so much right too, and if my rating is off then it’ll change later or so, but it isn’t a 10/10 I believe.

It’s not a 10/10 movie and I feel like in ways it definitely could’ve been better. I would say it’s more like a solid 6.5- 7. Orions voice makes sense, D-16’s makes less sense in a way or so. I would’ve liked things to be spaced out more in terms of story and not all put into one movie, and some of the story plot to me felt and I believe is rushed. The voice for Megatron and Optimus does not line up at the end for me either, now maybe that’s a bit biased but there is literally no one else who can do Optimus prime justice enough for me, that’s just how it is with some of the characters in certain shows and movies.

If killing based on your emotions is the only way you can think to solve a problem then you'll never stop killing those who oppose you, which is the story of literally EVERY dictator that has ever existed. Revenge is rarely worth it, and while it doesn't guarantee a vicious cycle it heavily endorses/ promotes eliminating threats through violence and death as a means to 'peace', when in actual fact that literally never works out historically speaking. Someone you smoked will always create an opp, so what are about to do then? Keep killing to silence descent? Orion Pax's point was to create a new world by defeating the ideas that created bots like Sentinel. As soon as Megatron's eyes turned red it was over for him, it is beyond naïve to imagine he would simply go back to who he was after killing Sentinel.

This was truly a beautiful origin movie I fell in love with Transformers again it almost got me emotional when he let Prime fall and realistically it was like his brother so ofc he couldn't kill Megatron. Random parallel when they were racing they did the same shot when Megatron fell off the track and Orion caught his hand to pick him back up which felt worse realizing that. After watching this in theaters I finally had courage to watch the Michael Bay Verse Movies and Ik its not connected but it makes the context more understandable especially the 2nd movie I would've been mad confused/bored. So Far My Favorite was Transformers: Age Of Extinction (my opinion) which is the most transformers movie I've seen they just be throwing hands non stop. My favorite tho is Prime in that movie stopped giving a F#%$ about these dumb humans after the 3rd movie. He said ya want Violence I'll TAKE YOU ALL!!

I think the movie along with B & Elita's reaction/perspective painted Megatron to be unreasonable but Megatron specifically said he only wanted to kill Sentinel and all his supporters. He literally said it wasn't over until everyone who follows him, dies. Which, ngl, is kinda how a takeover works. So when he was tearing down the Sentinel stuff, B and Elita reacted like Megatron was crazy and wanted to kill everyone, which to me makes no sense with how hyped B was to be cutting dudes in half that were supporting Sentinel and Sentinel still had people still trying to defend him after Orion got shot and he was crawling away. Ofc Megatron is gonna be like "oh those bots gotta go too since they knew the truth,didn't care, and are still defending him." In Megatrons mind, EVERYONE involved has to pay. Only alternative I could think of is that the Sentinel followers surrendered after his death and Megatron was like "kill them anyways." Then, he'd be on the deep end. To me at least. As for the Decepticon title, I guess it's meant to mean "We won't be decieved again" or "we are rising up against the decievers." Cause if I'm him and I see that I got banished but Sentinels followers, who KNEW what they were doing got pardoned...yall fake and I'm rising up against yall. Imagine getting freed from slavery after an uprising and then you see some of your homies acting all cool with the foremen and overseers after making you out to be a maniac and kicking you out for wanting them to pay too?

Remember earlier, Megatron was about to kill Starscream when he wasn’t even the real enemy and like how y’all realized early on he was on a power trip. Although, I will say, Transformers two, the second half of the movie was way better than the first half other than the forest fight. Optimus was throwing serious hands before he got taken out in that fight. Still, one of my favorite transformer fight scenes.

I went to the theatres to watch this opening day for fun but I was SOOOOO happy that it actually was a REALLY GOOD banger movie. So happy. Hope they make this a trilogy. Only thing that was missing was Lincoln Park in the background of Optimus's speech playing "Whaaaat I've Dooooone"
