2024-09-22 19:31:11 +0000 UTCPersonally, it's rather clear to Orpheus, at least for how this show operates, Riddy fell out of love for him, and he ignored it due to his love for her. He knew she was getting more uncomfortable with him, and to me he knew regardless of the accident that he found out about mid concert, she didn't want to go with him to the concert, especially when she turned down the offer twice to go at the same time. His ignorant love for her doomed her, and that's why Orpheus is the bad guy here. He never really considered her feelings a single time during the last few episodes, despite his overwhelming love for her. For the parents part, yes it's creepy as hell but also no further comment as the rest of the season hasn't been shown yet and their existing mythology might explain to how it might be resolved. Orpheus is completely different to me and others

Second, he took the coin so she couldn't cross over cause he wanted to cross over with her. Yes, in hindsight it's selfish. But it's also understandable.

What happened to each season being able to be self contained in case of a cancellation, what about what happened to actually explaining the details of setting in the first season. Basically I got a lot of issues with this show, as it perfectly exemplifies how awful the modern TV industry is for consumers/viewers

They don't address much, they don't explain much, and everything is just implied but overlooked since it looks good. The biggest fault of it to me was that they pretty much expected a 2nd season so they made the choice of it not to explain most things this season, so they can hook the viewer for answers they currently do not have. I love the premise, but god damn is this show's execution horrifically terrible.😅

2024-09-19 00:47:54 +0000 UTC46:33 No actually, the fact that Cassandra (The girl that warned them to Run) having the curse that "You have dreams/visions of the future, but no one believes you" implies that if people DID believe her and heeded her advice, then they could change the outcome. I think the prophecies (I guess Prophecies in this show are just the ones written on the piece of paper, and I guess people only get 1 actual Prophecy of something they will do) are different from Cassandra's visions of the future. Prophecies will come true, but Cassandra's future vision can save you if you listen to her, but she is cursed with nobody believing her.
