Like the game they only play when someone leaves is incredibly fun for them. Forcing them to "mean it" by some reading of their bodies that they don't even understand means it's closer to torture imo, because they're continually being punished but can't actually make a decision to end it. They don't know when it will be over or what exactly they have to do to make it stop, so it's got to feel a lot scarier than just a nomal punishment.

When you look at how short a turnaround the response on the resignation letter was, so much so that it was very noticeable, it makes no sense if they weren't actually sending those letters out. Like if they were sending letters out to everyone then its weird hers stands out so much. And if they werent then it makes me question why would you break the pattern and cancel hers so soon? I assume all these people have a reason for being there, but to get hers so soon makes me think hers actually was the one not sent out because they already knew what the response would be maybe. I'm also just looking for stuff since i find mystery stuff like this cool im prob overthinking it

The way they interact gives me this vibe a bit and since they are in different departments they will almost never interact at work so there would be little chance something could trigger in one of them making them realize who they are. I could be completely wrong but this is a theory I currently have.
