I think loggers up in the north of the US also have stations to sell firewood to anyone passing by, the trust system works if everyone is on board and thats more likely when there’s fewer people

Laios' party happens to have 4 different races: Tall man (Laios-basically humans of this world), Half-foot (Chilchuck-who we'll get to learn more about), Elf (Marcille-hence her animosity towards the orcs), and Dwarf (Senshi-so he's prejudiced against magic and elves lol)

2024-07-19 19:06:24 +0000 UTCTo add to this, the reason why they are eating so much food from the dungeon is because they are broke after their last failed expedition, and do not want to waste time gathering food/funds from the surface before going after the Red Dragon. The majority of adventurers do not eat monsters; they bring food with them from the surface into the dungeon as rations.
