2024-07-13 04:35:47 +0000 UTCI am thinking of what he found out they hold muscle memory so of course one would be in the swords to remember how to swing itself from all the fights. the rest focus on the everything else. so he kind now has a sword with who knows many sword techniques. he found a rare item/animal. if he told them that they would have to kill it and all that cheating power would die remember it was guarding the eggs directly so the creature is op. and he "own"it this could be bad one day he hast got this cheat sword and if he doesn't train and rely on it he will die again. thought it seems dying here is like in games where you just pay to be revived

I think Slime's 3rd season wouldve been much better received if it was binged, instead of waiting week to week.

I don't get why Slime fans overuse this point like they're the first to ever create the concept of world building lol...the problem is it's done POORLY or not in an engaging way as a viewer. When I watch reactors watching other dialogue focused anime they are more interested by the information because the creator actually puts more effort than just typing up a word doc and placing it over still frames of sitting at a table. We know world building is good, slime is just doing a poor job of it, people aren't just dropping it for no reason.

I don't think they'll indefinitely drop Slime though because all this build up isn't for nothing, but I'm definitely more excited for Meshi than Slime at this point.

I always felt that if there's not enough world-building, then the story just lacks. It's kind of like backstories. Some people think having characters backstories gets boring, but I personally think it helps give the main story meaning.

SPOILERS: - We see the colosseum nearing completion, and how the eurazania refugees helped with the construction. - We see how the refugee housing was moved into the labyrinth, and how the refugees get in and out of the labyrinth through the basement door under the colosseum. - We get to see more of Kurobe's workshop, and his Unique Skill. - We see how Veldora's aura problem get solved, and now he has a job and housing. This was a great development, as after Veldora was freed from the Infinite Prison, he hasn't done anything aside from showing up at Walpurgis. This is a good chance for him to get more interesting screentime aside from "lay on a couch and read manga" - We get a lot more imagery and information on how the dungeon will work, and its really cool to see Ramiris, Veldora, Myourmiles, and Rimuru brainstorm and work together on nailing the details of the dungeon. - Milim is also back in the show! All in all, the worldbuilding in the latest episode was done spectacularly, and it was great to see more of the capital city of Rimuru.
