I don't think the girl is the serial killer. I think it's a NEW character with a different but similar ability as the serial killer. It's probably a reason they didn't have her speak to Lu. The serial killer has a very direct and unhinged personality, and is definitely a talker lol They would have said something to Lu. This character seems completely different.

My only thing with the end discussion theory is this girl very quickly gave Lu Guang a photo to *help his investigation*, with her face covered, and then ran. The serial killer / body hopper has no problem being a monologuing little asshole as they kill people, like it's a sick game. I really don't think they're the same person at all, but they're clearly connected somehow. To answer Roshi, Qiao Ling found out about the powers when CXS came back from hiding in the trunk with Liu Min and Emma. Because he essentially spawned out of the computer lmao (or thin air, whichever)
