Most, if not all, of the Hashira have experienced trauma due to a demon. Also this training is regular high basketball players going through the best nba players training regimes.

That’s like an average person trying to do Lebron James training regime. If we are being realistic the rest of the demon slayers are being trained so that they can handle the regular demons on their own. So tanjiro group and the Hashira can deal with the upper moons and Muzan without having to worry about any of the fodder demons. Cause the demons do have the numbers advantage even though most of them are weak.

In the manga they cover Uzui, Muichiro and Mitsuri's trainings in a literal montage that takes up like two panels, so they can get to the Hashira's we haven't spent time with yet. I really appreciate getting some more time with the ones we do know, feels like a bit of a payoff to the previous arcs with them.
