Not sure if this God they after is punishing them or the God was jus evil and killed it's own kind to have everything for himself.

When victor asked what day of the week it was shen had no idea what he was talking about, but then when the galaxy was added one of the "new things" it resulted in was the calendar and the days of the week. So obviously victor at one point in time was around when there were already days of the week because he knew about it despite it not being a thing yet
