Takemichi has no murder weapons, he has no way of getting to Kisaki, Kisaki is backed by Tenjiku the gang currently beefing with Toman and even when Kisaki was in Toman there's no fighting against the other Toman members and Kisaki is extremely smart and is rarely caught lacking there's no possible way for Takemichi to kill him he doesn't have any sort of way too

However, we've also been told that Mikey will eventually come to trust Izana more than he trusts his own personal hairdresser. Oh, and the little sister is definitely feeling guilty about Izana's loneliness, so that's another factor to consider. I'm thinking Mikey (and Draken) would be pissed if our boy Takemichi pushed Emma into depression by killing her brother. If you think about it, their family definitely struggles with mental health.
