Silent Fitz could have smiled and wave back at him like usual but Fitz didn't just ignore Rudy, he didn't even look at him and hid behind Rudy's cousin. The reason Fitz was being suspicious was cause it was the Princess. I had already started questioning if that was the Princess in that market scene, because why else would he HAVE to be silent on guard duty? Maybe because the Princess can have some freedom by swapping with Sylphie sometimes, etc. and then Rudy pretty much confirms it by questioning that too.

The reason she wasn't speaking up was because the spell doesn't change her voice. If I recall, it also doesn't change the eyes. It wouldn't make sense for the concern to be Sylphie's voice being heard since Rudy already heard her voice and thinks she's a guy (although he has his doubts for other reasons). So her cover would not be blown. That leaves only the possibility that Rudy came up with. Which he was correct about. Sylphie's response to him in the library was a prepared response for cases when people say they ran into her but she doesn't respond in the moment (because it's not really her).

They have titles like sword god and Dragon god but those are more like titles putting them on top of everyone else in that category, they are not Devine beings. I think these are separate from actual god entities like Hitogami. I don't think anyone outside of maybe Laplace has the mana capacity to do something like the teleport incident (even that is doubtful given Rudy supposedly has near the same mana pool as Laplace). Besides wasn't Laplace sealed/banished/killed during the Demon war or something? My bottom line is that I think there is something else going on with the Teleport incident that we haven't encountered the parts of. As for it being an actual unintroduced deity, if Hitogami is any indicator they might be limited in the direct actions they can take to alter the physical world (I am not sure about this as we don't know of any other devine gods than hitogami)

2023-09-12 00:38:50 +0000 UTCTwo smallish sized changes from the manga/light novels. 1) When Rudy dueled the Demon King and mentioned the Dragon God, DK asked him if he "was successfully able to do physical damage to him" and THEN suggested the 1 hit rule. He said some things to Rudy afterward that boil down to- the Dragon God has a special ability that lets him negate damage from most normal sources, so Rudys magic or attacks are unique in this way ( wish they kept that in) 2) During this time there was a parrallel story along side Rudy's that follows Sylphie trying to seduce him while still pretending to be a man (super lame, glad they skipped it) HOWEVER they were also showing us glimpses of what Eris and Gishlaine have been doing in the last 3 years and im really sad they left that stuff out. Hopefully we get another OVA cuz she out there on *demon* time

What they don’t tell you is that in the dwarf race, it is common that most young dwarfs drink since it’s a custom and socially acceptable within their race. For those who don’t know, dwarfs are heavy drinkers. 2. The reason why the leader clan member (Rudy’s friend) showed up into the town was because of badigadi. They were the ones sent to capture/defend the university, but when they got there they were told it was taken care of. 3. In the manga/LN they actually took Rudy back to his room to rub one out instead of the library, but I’m guessing to avoid animating or because people would believe Rudy would do it, they decided to just let him rub one off there.
