As for the disc-stealing ability, think of it like Killer Queen's homing bomb tracker which doesn't blast everything away and its touch-activated bomb which does blast everything away. It's just one single stand with one power, just two different stages.

But by doing so, I think he’s also able to assimilate those Stands’ abilities within himself. He put Jolyne, Jotaro and the sniper (I believe) into a dream world (one Stand ability), created the dissolving slime (2 Stand abilities) through which he could travel, and then his main one.

WTF!! My heart fucking dropped. Roshi compared Jonathan's death with Jotaro's but personally they are nothing alike as far as emotional impact goes. You feel bad for Jonathan but his death was more sudden and out of his control. Jotaro's death tugs at your heart strings. He could have survived, but sacrificed himself time and time again for his daughter. He could have survived if he looked out for himself, but he put himself in harm's way so that she wouldnt get hurt. I havent read stone ocean but fk man... From beginning to end Jotaro was a class act cool guy.

2021-12-02 03:55:57 +0000 UTCFuck jojotubers. The problem with part 6, and part 5 in the manga, is how damn long the fights are. A LOT of the fights could have easily been trimmed down by a chapter or two and greatly improved. You can already see early signs of it in this arc, with the Manhattan Transfer fight taking three episodes (although one of them was mostly a fake-out). It's especially a problem when you get to non-plot important fights, like (spoilers)'s (spoiler), that only had about 4 chapters worth of fight stretched out to 8 chapters. When I re-read part 6 last year, the fact that I was almost always bored of fights by the time they ended was the main thing that stood out to me.

2021-12-02 01:33:35 +0000 UTCWhich part being the weakest is up for debate, but the general consensus is part 1 is the weakest because it was the shortest and least developed Jojo part. The complaints on part 6 is just weird because people speedread to get to part 7 which is the best part, then big jojotubers calling part 6 bad, and overall part 6 is very detailed so those who don't take the time to read call it trash. Fun fact: Part 5 was considered bad as well before the anime, now its the highest grossing part in jojo (until part 6 I hope), and yea part 6 adaptation is doing it justice.

2021-12-02 01:22:15 +0000 UTCI heard that a lot but the anime is incredible yet (I restrained myself from reading manga for years imo anime always better than manga except is has a really bad adaptation) and so far it has no residentsleeper chunks of episodes unlike part 1,3 and 4. I get the same feeling of "quality" as with part 5 which felt really clean and polished.
