And ofc another is the creative Stand battles. They just take it up a level with each Part it seems. Also a friendly reminder that things don't happen instantly in anime as they do irl, especially shonen. There's that saying...... "talking is a free action" or something.

If I turn my head and can hear whats happening, I can either turn back and look or just infere what is happening. Like I said I got nothing against sub and watch it for any ongoing show but if the dub is there it will always be my first choice. Alot of anime I had never heard in sub till these guys such as Parasyte

It just takes a lot away from the series, the flare and flavor that is JoJo's is sucked right out by mediocre voice acting that doesn't even fit the characters, imo.

If you look the fuck away, it defeats the purpose of watching something. Why even watch if you're not actually gonna give it your attention? "I like to 'watch' in dub so I don't have to actually watch and just listen to some anime audio book with terrible voice acting."

2021-12-03 01:41:18 +0000 UTCYeah, most stands that only do one thing and the user has little control over don't care about range. So stands like Marilyn Manson and Highway to Hell can be used from any distance. (come to think of it, there are a LOT of automatic stands this season for some reason)
