Yes, yes, do a full dinosaur episode! If it absolutely HAS to have a medieval angle, you could talk about medieval conceptions of fossils. Did they see them and go, "Yep, that's a dragon?" How old is the evangelical "They were put there BY SATAN to TRICK US!" idea?
