The Shelter (Saint Andrew’s Hall) is really where Eminem used to do rap battles at. It was actually the location that was used in an episode with Eminem on the new season of Rhythm and flow which I thought was pretty cool.

That actor plays in Marvel films now. Eminem was on drugs through filming and barely slept throughout the whole shoot. He was meant to be resting his voice for the rap battle scenes but ended up doing them anyway, there’s also extra footage where he invites people up from the crowd and battles them unscripted, on the stage.

Future basically plays the role of Proof in Ems real life. Obviously the movie embellishes certain things and aspects about his start, but it's cool to see nonetheless.

Patreon is extremely lax on this, at worst the post will get taken down since this is my first time trying this, and i’m willing to risk that for the best experience possible for the viewers

Eminem is also the only rapper to have more than 2 diamond albums, he has 4: MMLP, The Eminem Show, Curtain Call and Recovery. Tupac has 2. Also, Em never made any more movies after this even though he was offered several roles especially by 50 Cent who produces movies now bc he got addicted to sleeping pills while making this movie, plus he said he only loves rap and doesn’t want to do anything else
