So - I want to give some feedback (English/writing teacher here, sorry lol), but I want to preface it with saying that this is not negative commentary, and is ultimately a subjective and stylistic preference that you can take or leave. I also want to say that I almost never pay for patreon accounts, but your YouTube videos were so good I just had to - so clearly I am a fan and will continue to watch regardless of whether you like my take - SO PLEASE DONT COME AT ME! ( not you, the other commenters ✌🏽). Okay so here we go: I want to address complaints about how you pause the songs. I agree with you, and people who are going to complain about that clearly are missing the point of a first time reaction video. But I think going forward you should organize these videos as follows: 1) intro - give any background on prior knowledge etc 2) track 1 - step 2 will be elaborated on below 3) repeat step 2 for each track on the album 4) closer STEP 2: Definitely don’t overthink or limit yourself to how many times you pause a song. You always rewind a few seconds to get us back into it and you’re quick about searching videos etc, HOWEVER —only pause a track if you are going to comment on something related to the actual music, whether it’s about the beat, his tone, the rhyme, all the things you always do and what makes you one of the best reactors imo, but to the haters that say you pause to much - after watching reactions to tracks like cleaning out my closet or say goodbye Hollywood, I did start to get irritated that the song’s flow was being disrupted. But I see this as a good thing because you were SO passionate about the meaning and the concepts discussed in the song. THAT is what people love about reaction videos! Whenever you are writing or speaking to a crowd, if you are genuine and sincere that is going to come through. Solution: after the song is done, THATS when I think you should talk about the issues addressed like toxic relationships or terrible parenting etc etc etc. you can rant as much as you want for as long as you feel like it, without stoping the music for long periods of time. I think this will accomplish a more cohesive vibe for us to jam out to along with you, will make your videos seem more polished while still keeping intact that genuine AAHH reaction quality, and it gives your audience a (intentionally very very loose) structure so they can watch any reaction video of yours and know to a certain extent how it will go. This keeps audiences engaged and invested in your content. It’s predictable enough to feel safe but you are still being spontaneous so you aren’t losing the best and most important part about this entire thing: we enjoy YOU and your personality and comments Sorry this was so long, but in my experience even if an artist/writer/performer chooses not to implement the feedback they are given, just thinking about it in a constructive way helps stimulate growth and evolution! Keep up the awesome work yo - a millennial super fan

Bizarre doesn't grow on you at all, he gets worse with age. He had a funny shtick when their first album dropped and I was 12 years old. It got old fast and his raps aged like milk. Calling him a breath of fresh air is wild and out of touch. He’s just a gimmick rapper with terrible flow, no substance, and lucky connections. Nothing more. Nothing less. What was crazy about this album was the running theme of his case with the bouncer, mentioned many times throughout the album. Also the timing - dropping 8 months after 9/11 with multiple references throughout. So many profound cultural anchors cementing this album as one of the best of all time. This is a full blown concept album without trying to be. Saying Goodbye to Hollywood has face value lyrics. He catapulted to superstardom - beyond anything ever witnessed at the time. He was struggling with fame, personal life, legal troubles, etc. When this came out there was speculation it would be his last album and he was retiring. Completely understandable when you go from nothing to the most talked about artist in the world. No way to gracefully manoeuvre through that situation without the benefit of hindsight. What a wild time his first 3 albums were - combined with his D12, 8 mile, and 50 cent/G-unit side projects. 1999-2004 is a body of work and accolades that will never be repeated. It’s not possible to replicate the cultural influence he had at that time, backed by insane work ethic and output. The phenomenon he was is hard to describe if you weren’t there at the time.

Just so you know, it's actually a natural human response to give more significance to the negative stuff. It's part of our genetics. If a million years ago we didn't pay negative (usually meaning "danger") stuff ended ugh mind then it meant death. So humans will always give more weight, even knowing all this I'm saying, to the one or two negative comments. In our ancestral past it's great, fine, good stuff...yay...but it was always more important to recognize danger and act on it. Not that haters and their comments mean that anymore but it triggers much the same response (amygdala responds and may even trigger memories of other similar times when such negative stuff happened.) There's that children's tale, well girls' story...the Princess and the Pea. Even with 20 of the best mattresses she felt that one pea at the bottom. That pea is like the negative input we receive, the mattresses are all the positive. Much like that princess, humans WILL pick up on that. No matter how many goose feather or memory foam there is between you and the pea. Also, personality has to do with a lot of it. Em for example is a perfectionist. I'm a perfectionist myself and was a horrible people pleaser (not in me trying to be fake but just hated disappointing anyone and would rather put myself through hell than have people be upset or disappointed etc.). When one is a perfectionist, when one has had certain stuff happen in the past and I know you mentioned the one relationship....I also had a horrible one and spent 12 years battling anorexia till I kicked it's arse but it leaves a mark and I know I could never be on YouTube. So keep doing what you do! I feel weird telling reactors i love them. I do love you urnwork and reactions! You take me back to when I was a teen and in my early 20s and it's almost like experiencing things anew. I really love that about how you react. You also keep things real. I also wasn't a HUGE fan of Drips haha (though it wasn't horrid....) Re: relationships I think you'll really like/relate to "Love the Way You Lie". He speaks about a lot of stuff you mentioned.

the thing about this album is its extremely good but the rapping in terms if JUST lyrical and technical ability for eminems standards as it is is extremely low but keep in mind when i say that its still better rapping than 95% of hiphop but 1996-2004 eminem is digestible eminem and the only digestible eminem after 2010 from 2010 to 2024 he makes brain aneurysm rap music 80% of time where you cant catch a majority of what hes saying on first couple to hundred listens its more about the art-form of rapping than this boom boom bap rap

There are multiple reasons why this album cant be touched. Lets start with basic reason no 1 -He resonated with his fans with songs like haileys song, till i collapse, white america so and so. So people felt his shit way more. No 2 would be he actually planned to retire his jersey after this album. He wantwd it to be done and over with so he put in masterclass of work. From Encore, his beat selection for quite a lot of songs and flows he brought in the early days were gone so people who listened to him just because it sounded appealing to the ear (trust me a lot of em do) stopped listening to his music.

I'm so glad you liked Hailies Song to such a high degree. Easily one of my all time favorite Em tracks and it's so slept on bc it's not bar heavy or lyrical or anything like that for majority of the track, but the emotion and vibe is crazy.
