Think about someone from school that might have a grudge. Somebody that you pissed off at one time. And Block them. I just don’t see how this could be happening without someone having it out for you. Someone that hate you for some weird reason. Maybe it’s an ex girlfriend. Whoever this person is, they are beyond horrible. Just because they don’t like you they are allowing animals to suffer. That takes one shitty person to do that.
