Brony Debates - GameStop Stocks (ft. Skan, Samoht Lion & InvisiBrony)
Added 2021-02-06 01:20:25 +0000 UTCDuring the month of January, a group on Reddit made a coordinated effort to buy stocks of GameStop that were being shorted by hedge funds. From what's understood, the motivation was for more people to make money and to demonstrate a double-standard while hurting a group of people that are believed to manipulate the economy against ordinary folks.
It's been a very popular topic with others this month. But I know very little about it. So I brought on Skandranon, Samoht Lion and InvisiBrony to educate me. Dr. Wolf was also slated to join us, but had to back out at the last minute. I managed to get some notes from him and he'll be with us in spirit.
