Moral of the Story - Buckball Season

I've done some pretty cool things, if I do say so myself. But they certainly weren't all positive. Today, I'd like to tell you about a mistake I often made as a sports coach which relates to the scenario of "Buckball Season." This being that even if a method of coaching and motivating your friends or students is effective, it is not universally applicable. When the stakes are low, it is important to understand how to be empathetic and see exactly HOW you should motivate those you're coaching to be better.
