Fixed issue where rapidly pressing E during chat caused dialogue to loop/replay.

Balance Changes:
Improved Defense System: Now constructed using local resources and refunds materials upon deconstruction.
Octopus's brainwash attack now varies depending on difficulty.
Reduced the oversized hitbox of the existing Worm, making it harder to hit.
Sarah now gradually loses Lust with each instance of damage taken.
