Status Update
Added 2024-11-26 20:00:50 +0000 UTCHi everyone! Dropping by to give a quick update on the status of Arc 9 and my sanity (jk, not really).
The house construction is in full swing and has been for the past week and a half. We gutted the whole second floor ourselves and the construction crew we hired has already framed the outer walls and roof out. We have to wait until December 6 for the building inspector to come before we can move forward with closing up the walls and everything else. Yadda, yadda, yadda -- all this to say it's been HECTIC, I have been STRESSED, but it's all good because I was able to finish 2 big deadlines and am now completely devoted to finishing this arc for next month!!!!!
👉 I was able to get all of the missing VFX done, add in missing frames, fix some bad shot hookups, and get the subtitle file ready for the translators (who were all contacted today).
Here's what I have left to do before it's ready for public release:
Make and add in all missing backgrounds
Add sound effects
Re-record Allegra
Fix audio
Make all subtitle files once translations are in
Since Thanksgiving is on Thursday, I'm going to move my stream up to tonight. It won't be long since I have a bunch of other things to do, but I'm going to try and get some more work done!
We're getting closer, I can't wait for this to be done so I can take the rest of the year off 😤 Thank you for your support, as always! 💖
